White Ruffle Piped Pleated Structured Sundress

Scoop neck. Fully lined and not see through. 7" Side zipper on left side. Vertical pleating in both bodice and back of dress. Ruffled collar and trim around neckline and hem of dress. Machine washable! Armpit to armpit across 18in flat. Rib cage waist flat across 16in. Length from armpit down 27in. This is marked petite but works for all body types (I’m 5’10 and this falls mid thigh). True stark white (unsure why there is a blue glare). May need steaming upon arrival.
