White sailor pants from RRL. Similar to vintage navy pants. These are awesome and have been worn well. The hem on the legs are frayed and there are small (not really noticeable) spatters of (paint?) throughout the pants - maybe part of the design. remyremirson @lizabeta hi, no there is no thinning. Only signs of wear are at the bottom of the hem and small splatters on the pant (might be part of the design)
