aseraf @champagnebubbly hi there , the waist is hidden elastic so it’s stretches but measures 23 and the inseam is the same 23. It does have stirrups . I will take a picture . It is a very cute outfit if it’s your style

aseraf @champagnebubbly yes it stretches to over 30 inches . It also has dolman sleeve and removable shoulder pads. I will add two pictures. I am no longer a small so the Bottom is clearly tight but just to see the fit I will add this picture .
