bamboosource neck to shoulder seam is 7.5" shoulder to wrist is 24 1/2", Length from base of collar is 26", it's 44 inches from zipper to zipper at the bottom hemline, back from armhole to armhole is about 241/2 ". It's fully lined. It was my son's coat, and as a size 14, I wore the coat as well. I had to roll the sleeves.
