bimmy123 @kinnyhowieretro hi, can you please tell me what the fabric content is and what does it feel like? Is it stiff or soft? Also is the waistband fixed or elastic? Thanks!

kinnyhowieretro @bimmy123 I don’t see the the fabric content listed for this skirt but I believe it is a polyester blend.
