Layered Fringe Boots

Three tiers of fringe cover the tall shaft of a flat suede boot, trimmed with whipstitching along the seams for subtle detail. Approx. boot shaft height: 11 1/2"; 15" calf circumference. Dark dye may transfer to lighter materials. Suede upper and lining/synthetic sole.
