xplorer371 @cltb I am SO sorry for the delay in my response! I missed your questions not once, but twice! The length is 32 1/2 inches long. The waistband isn't elastic. It has a narrow band with a hidden zip. It was one of my favorite skirts. It looks great with black or red. I never wore silver with it, but I think that would work as well. And, it looks great with heels or boots. Just a very versatile piece!
