janesea Hello, is this a very hard material? Is it hard to put in and take out? Also, there is a break / crease on the right at the hangers.. it has to be like that? Thank you

lindsey_evan @janesea hi! I am not 100% sure what you are asking but it is easy to open and close the bag and I wouldn’t say it is hard but it is definitely a structured bad it doesnt fold or crease! Please let me know if you have any more questions!
