Janet Jackson Inspired Costume

By ArtStone. Originally a dance costume but this can also be used for Halloween. Comes with gloves in picture! Functional buttons and zipper closure. I pinned down the pieces on shoulders because they aren’t attached to the costume, this keeps them from flying up. I also removed the tutu underneath. A little hard to put on/take off.
