caroledl What is the width and length? How are they attached to you? This is a gift idea for my neighbor. She is 5' 3" ~ 100lbs. Thanks❣️

gemtribe @caroledl Hi, it is 52 inches long by about 70 inches wide. There are strings so you can tied around your neck as a cape. I’ve also worn it tucked around my waist and it hangs down like a train. But because it’s a lightweight chiffon, when you walk it just flutters behind you. Thanks for asking!
