jenlancaster @ninab456 Hi, thanks for looking! Short answer, yes, there is moderate stretch in the bustline. Longer answer, the dress is made of three layers--the outer shell, which is cotton and nylon, the solid under-dress, which is viscose/nylon/spandex, and the lining at the bust, which is poly, all material consistent with moderate stretch.
