houseofgentry @torioscorpio I appreciate your offer. But, unfortunately I can’t do 40-50% off of anything in my closet. I am a small business offering BRAND NEW boutique items from my store. Unlike used items, your offer does not cover the cost of this item or the 20% poshmark takes. Thank you for understanding why my counter is so much higher. I am more than happy to work on the price- but it needs to be much closer to actual retail value.

gwenelope Sorry, I guess my question wasn't clear: do the larger sizes have a higher rise or are they all around 10in? Anyone wearing size 12-14 will need at least 18" to actually be high rise, and my body needs 20" +.

houseofgentry @gwenelope the front Rise is measured from crotch to top of the front button- not all the way front and back. As per most vendors- 10-12 inch front rise is a high rise pant. As per pattern making, each size will most likely be 1/2 longer than the smaller size. A medium is 10in rise, Large 10.5, XL 11.

nylster05 Hi, are these very stretchy or kinda stretchy, i would order a large , but i normally wear a M / L depending on the stretch? I really lack hips, so often as i walk i fight with keeping them up, lol! Anyways, is this rust the only color you have at this time, or only in a particular size? Thank you!😊🌷

houseofgentry @nylster05 hey there. I would go by your jean size for the most comfortable fit. Are you closer to a 6, 8, 10, or 12? These are stretchy but hold their shape.
