This one has more intricate beading, the bodice is more sheer, dress is lighter in weight, the bottom portion of the dress is softer/satiny material that is more form fitting with a natural flow. This dress has a higher leg slit that leads into the beading. The other dress has a bit of a high/low effect in the front and the slit stops prior to the beading. This dress is better quality.
