Navy blue menās work pants by Horace Small. Marked a size 30, made from 74% polyester, 25% wool and 1% lycra spandex. Features cool flex silicone band that keeps shirts tucked it, also has stretch, plus belt loops and functional pockets. Double hook, button and zip closure. Great condition, five pairs available!

What does the waist measure while laying flat?
