karabiel123 @curvypeachbtq ok I've gained so much weight n just found out I have an extremely underactive thyroid issue that's making my body store n keep fat so I was 30 lbs lighter just 2 months ago. It's crazy how much the thyroid can ruin my chance of getting back to a comfy 220, I was so happy then now I weigh 285, it sucks cuz 10 yrs ago I lost 124 lbs within a year n then all I had to go was another 40 lbs now it seems like I have to start all over again.

Hopefully your doctor can help you get things figured out with medication or possibly surgery! I’ve seen my aunt be able to make minor adjustments in her life to be able to get back to a weight that she felt comfortable with.
