look_it Hello , I bought this shoes from u , I jus got it and they are size 6.5 ! The box says 7.5 but the shoes are 6.5 ! Please let me know what to do , thank u

shoplynx @ceeport Hi Carla! I’m so sorry for that mistake! Someone must have switched the shoes in the store, and I just bought them thinking the box said 7.5 and not checking the inside of the shoe to make sure it really was 7.5. So so sorry! Would you like to exchange your order for the same shoe in size 6.5 or do you want to exchange for another shoe?

shoplynx @ceeport you first have to request a refund through Poshmark and then explain that you want to exchange for a different size. And then you get your refund once the shoes get back to me. So if you can ship them to me today then you’ll probably get your refund on Friday/Saturday.
