Vintage C'est Duo Petites Dress (SO Flattering!)

I've always loved this dress, it took me a LONG time to admit I'd likely never be able to wear it again. So pretty and feminine. A few very small discolorations on the front, but you have to look really close. All people will notice is how great you look in it! The ribbon for the back was missing when I bought it more than 20 years ago, and I'd probably replace the one I used with something thicker, though it still works and looks fine. 100% polyester, hand wash, side zipper, fully lined.
