annamtc @dreamstar893 Hi and I'm so sorry for delay in getting back to you. It appears to be a very dark navy but honestly it could pass for either. That's why I put that info in the description and listed it as both blue and black. When I put solid black against it, it looks black. When I put a navy against it, it looks navy! I know that sounds weird but t's just a really dark color that could go either way :-/ Let me know any other questions or if you want to see it with more pix. Thanks.
