Kate Spade wild ones ruffle front velvet skirt

Black velvet skirt from holiday 2018 collection. This skirt has a wrap front detail and ruffle trim that goes around the whole skirt. There are no flaws other than it has been worn but only twice. This skirt looks adorable with a chambray shirt or a fun christmas sweater for the holidays. Tag is not attached as it has been worn but the tag does come with the skirt.
