Little Yellow Button top long sleeves size small

Super cute striped top dark gray and white with whimsical lace and buttons on the sleeves. Such a great look! Lightweight jersey feel to fabric . armpit to armpit measures approximately 17 inches. shoulder to bottom is 21 inches. buttons on neckline don't actually button, the buttons and fake buttonholes are just decoration. comes into a V- it appears there is a rough stitching open hem look- I believe it is part of the design but please scrutinize the last picture- a little rough edging.Tote 28
