Vintage 90s black 2 piece set, short sleeve shift dress with blazer style button up jacket by Tanner; size 10. Dress features princess seams and hidden back zipper. Collarless jacket has four oblong buttons and shoulder pads. Both pieces unlined. No materials listed in tag, knit style fabric, slightly thicker, has some stretch. Small dark spot, front of dress.
