ebossman @best19 yes they do run small. I unfortunately didn’t know that when I bought mine off here last month and the seller didn’t tell me they run small. I’m heartbroken. $1000 heels and can’t wear them. If you wear a 7 then these will fit you.

kerchiefdraw @ebossman Ahh, sorry that happened to you! I have no idea why sellers list an EU 38 as a US 8, it is nowhere near correct. Louboutin in particular sizes very small & narrow. If you're a true 8 I would recommend a 39 or even a 39.5/40 depending on how wide your foot it. I own these boots in a 38.5 and I am a 7.5 wide, and I can't get them on at all.
