lisashipley822 @meganworthey absolutely! You will need to put it on with your shoes! Also you can add additional petticoats or a hoop if you want it more poofy. This takes it up an inch or so if you want to. Also, the bottom is plain and can be hemmed easily. One of my brides had the front trimmed only which gave her a slight train.
