Elegant, longer, shrug type, embroidered vest with scalloped bottom hem, slight bell 3/4 sleeves and a removable faux fur collar. Great over a dress or to fancy up with jeans! Fits small or medium. It's drape with stretch, so hard to measure, but from pit to pit, it's about 18". Down the longest part, the back, it's 28". There is a slight discolored area on the inside, would probably come out, I haven't tried - I just saw it as I was listing it, so not visible from the outside! Smoke free, pet friendly home!
