Amazing pottery mugs featuring a trio of abstract, line art style figures. These are large sizes, each is slightly different due to the handmade nature of them. Great for XL cups of tea/coffee, or use them as beer mugs. Heavy body clay with whitish-grey glaze. Each mug is approximately 5” tall and holds 20+ ounces of liquid. Good vintage condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. Priced individually - only 1 mug still available! Artist is Tim Hahul, each mug is signed and dated 1996.

wildonsdottir @itskelseyking (2/2) I have no way to refund you directly with how Posh is set up. Can you contact support with photos? That’s the only thing I can think of, I’d contact them myself but I think it’d make more sense for them to hear from you as the buyer.

wildonsdottir @itskelseyking I’m hoping they’ll issue a new label but it may turn in to a claim through USPS since it was a fragile marked package that they damaged. I’ll look in to how that works in the meantime as a back up. If you go to the order there is a button for problems/order inquiry and you can contact support directly from the app. I marked the remaining mug as not for sale so someone else doesn’t order it while we get things figured out.

wildonsdottir @itskelseyking Just checked USPS and there is a damage claim process right through their website, so if that is how Posh decides they want it handled I'll go ahead and file one.

itskelseyking I just got an email back from poshmark about the situation. They said they will give me a full refund. They didn’t mention anything about sending a new mug though

wildonsdottir @itskelseyking I have to see how Poshmark handles your refund, if they take it from my account then it’d be a new order at the same price. They haven’t contacted me yet so not sure what their plan is. If they just refund you and let me keep what you paid too, I can just send it USPS to you directly and give you a tracking number.
