littlegypsie @burshka so sorry, I've been out most of the day today. I waited until i got to respond. Yes, you can wear this in the summer, because of the "cold shoulder", but I wouldn't wear it too long outside in the heat. POL is seriously high quality- it's the most expensive brand that I stock, and it's been carried by Anthropologie, Vici, Modcloth, etc. They are known for their fabrics and designs- some people refer to POL as the "affordable free people"- probably more than you wanted to know- lol :)
