Underarm-to-underarm is 22” and
Top-to-hem is 25”
I hope that helps. I’m a medium and it fits me well. But I’m also 5’9.5” tall.

@christinaharber I would take your favorite sweatshirt and measure across (underarm-to-underarm) and top-to-hem and see how close it matches up with the measurement I sent you. I think that would be your easiest and best bet.
