fashionboomboom @vanessajb1 there are 2 sizes smaller and bigger one. for 9.5 you need bigger one, but I sold all of them, I have some pairs left but with defects for example zip is not properly working or not all lights working or no lights at all, depends on the pair.

fashionboomboom @vanessajb1 Sorry for the late reply, I missed your message, there is a zip not to fit the foot better, it's on the head of the unicorn to get to the cables to charge them. So it doesn't matter what size you have in case zip is not good.

free77jump Hey, I was wondering if I could exchange these exact ones with another pair that are bigger? I got them for my goddaughter so I had them sent to my parents house and they arrived this morning. I had her open them and get her opinion and check the lights. They are great but she thinks they will be to small because she said the opening where you put your foot in is really small. My goddaughter is definitely a size 5? Do they run small?

fashionboomboom @free77jump hello, these slippers are the smaller size we had. We used to have a bigger size but it’s sold out. The smaller size fits up to 6.5-7 women’s size, not sure how it’s comparable with kids sizes. I have women’s 7.5 and the opening is to small for me but I had no complains who ordered for 6.5 size and even 7 in women’s

fashionboomboom @free77jump Hello again, sorry I just received your last message, size 5 and size 7 it's the same size, it's lippers not regular shoes, so they fir a range of sies, smaller size fit up to size 6.5-7 and it should fit size 5. I will cancel your order since you would get the same size which you are saying is too small. If I have bigger size again I will let you know.

My refund is for those misrepresented WOMENs Unicorn light up slippers and clearly they are not womens but toddlers. All you need to do is refund me the $17.11 and I can go by a real true size from someone else!

free77jump Be Careful this boutique or these people lie about sizes stating womens when in fact toddler sizes. Purchase from someone else. Do not give them your money. They will take it and give you something so drastically different and you won’t hear back. Very Shadey!

fashionboomboom @free77jump Hello here is no lie, you are saying you ordered for youth size 5 which is equivalent to women's 7 (google it please), this size of slippers fit up to size 7. So 7 is the maximum, and because everybody have a different bone structure or some feet are more puffy than others, sometimes the right size may not fit (in any shoes). I sold many slippers for size 7 and only one woman said they were small ( maybe her fit were a little wider or something like this) and she just gifted them.
