New without the tag, having owned numerous Kuhl products didn't expect to lose 15 lbs. So if you know anything about Kuhl clothing you know its basically bulletproof in comfort, design and longevity! I have a pair of Ryders that literally will NOT breakdown after 5 years of intense wear. The beige pair I never put on, the other two put them through the wash once in a valiant hope for shrinking but alas I own Kuhl products!! These are not cheap, they never go on sale and the colors are awesome
