Authentic and **VERY RARE** 1970's Hermés "plisse" pleated scarf. 100% Silk This scarf is in excellent pre-loved condition...especially considering its vintage age. No stains, no rips, no fraying. Some of the accordion pleats have relaxed over time. See photos for details. The print is a stunning combination of floral bursts surrounded by vibrant decorative eggs (a la Faberge') in vibrant shades of pink & lavender with red, blue, yellow and green accents. Please feel free to ask for more information. This scarf was purchased by my grandmother in Paris and has been preserved in an airtight container since I inherited it. It is a collector's item!

classycajun13 @sleche Unfortunately, I do not. I inherited this scarf from my grandmother in the early nineties and it has been stored in tissue paper inside of a dust bag in my cedar chest ever since.

anamardubin how intact/tight are the pleats?

classycajun13 @anamardubin The pleats in the center are still very tight/intact, but around the perimeter they have loosened up a little. Not flat by any means, but they aren't as defined as they were originally.

classycajun13 @barbie_and_ken My apologies- I realize this is a VERY delayed response. I just added some additional photos of the scarf. The accordion pleats prevent me from being able to lay it "flat," but I was able to get a few pictures with the pleats stretched out so you can see full scope of the print. I hope this helps!
