natalie12591 @jesshoward26 Hello again! So the waist is not very stretchy.The top is not stretchy and has built in padding but the bottom below the waist line is stretchy. The approximate measurements are: Size 4: Waist: 13.5" Pit to pit: 17" Length: 59" Size 2: Waist: 12.75" Pit to pit: 16.5" Length: 59" I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!
