bardolator @mathenarush Hi, sorry about the delay. Somehow Posh never sent me a notification when you posted your question and I just noticed it. The sleeve length from the top of the shoulder to the end of sleeve on both Small and medium is 21 inches. I have included the length (top of shoulder to bottom hem) and width (armpit to armpit) for all sizes in the listing. Sleeve length for XS (top of shoulder to sleeve end) is also 21 inches. Thank you
