1missmandy @cabeyer22 Thanks! This is very close to what I’d like. Is it a true empire (though halter) dress in that the bust seam loosens or flares RIGHT at the bottom of the bust?

cabeyer22 @1missmandy Hello! I posted 2 additional pictures which show that the dress is more of a straight silhouette than a flowy empire waist dress. It’s not super fitting like a pencil skirt, but it’s not super flowy either since it’s 100% cotton. However, it could be a hybrid empire waist dress.😉
