So there are 3 different bags? The first and second picture look like the same bag just showing different handles. Also did you remove the rings that are for the detachable handles?

@beamer72 hi there, apologies for the delay! There are three separate bags. The large bag, a smaller blue zip bag, and the smallest purple clutch with a zipper. The first and second pictures show the largest bag with our without the strap. The grommets fell out on one of the sides but the rest of the rings are there. Let me know if any additional questions!
