VTG 90's* Unlined Black Dress Cream Lace 8

Super sexy plunging double V-neck top with cream lace detail throughout. Knee length, with an hourglass shape and tie sash back. This dress is unlined and semi-sheer. 100% polyester and made in the USA :) In great condition for being 20 years old, with only flaw being a manufactured flaw on the stiching at the bottom 2 lace details, hardly noticeable.
