They are authentic & new, they have never been worn or washed.
The bottoms have tags the tops don't.
You may find slight imperfections such as wrinkling, (I go to great lengths to make sure they are shipped with care to limit wrinkling) a loose thread, a bent tag, or wrinkled sticker.
I check them all carefully to make sure there is no actual damage from handling / storage.
They may have differences in pattern arrangement, lining colors, or clasps due to seasonal changes.

@talgal19 That's a tough one. Triangl sizing guide says go with a small, If you like more full coverage you could always try a medium and have the band size adjusted by a Taylor.
