@kendrasklothes_ I’m still doing push-ups and stuff like that pretty much every day. I’ve been working 10-12 hrs a day except the weekends I work 8-9 Saturday and Sunday. So have been just trying to maintain and save energy.

@kendrasklothes_ I like oatmeal with butter instead of water lol. Ok maybe not that much. But a lot.
That would be like a Sunday treat for me. One good breakfast a week. Otherwise the oatmeal defeats the purpose of the bulletproof “fat” coffee. The insulin response mainly from the oats causes the cell to open up and let the fat in. The point is to get your body in fat burning mode while getting some lasting energy from the fats And caffeine in the coffee
