shelpen This would actually fit me through the bus and I really like it. Are the upper arms tight? I am overweight unfortunately so I have to watch everything. The chest size sounds very adequate. I need at least 54 inches all the way around. What are the little hanging things or are they some things sewn to the top? Love your closet. Thanks

pinkfancy @shelpen this item is a little big for me so the arms aren’t tight for me. The part that hangs is the part flared part of the top.
