Down Patagonia insulated jacket

Pebble grey women’s downtown jacket size small. Traceable duck down. My father bought it for 279 but I never wore it because it fit too snug. Despite it never being worn there are black spots on it? Seen in last picture, sure they will wash out. It’s a small but it fits more like an xs.
