jerseyglam @asamac Good morning! The bust laid flat un-stretched is approx. 12" across the top, approx. 14" across the middle and approx. 15" across the bottom of the smocked area. The very top is more narrow and it slightly curves. It's quite stretchy and will easily stretch about 5" if needed. The waist is approx. 18" across one way just slightly under the bust.
