PARIS SPORT CLUB Maxi Flare Dress

NWT!!!! (An old tag). Dress could be listed vintage. I can see someone shortening the sleeves, removing the thin shoulder pads & wearing it to an afternoon tea, going to church, etc. Navy blue with white floral designs. Button front closure w/fabric loops& pearl buttons, has ties in back for form fitting. MEASUREMENTS ARE TAKEN FLAT & ARE APPROX: P/p: 20”, W: 17”, Length from Shoulder: 50”, Sleeve Length: 18”.
