srwillis03 @allison9494 it is a mini dress but depending on your height and comfort level it would be a top. I am 5’7 and it was too short for my comfort level so I wore it as a top. It does have a slip too.

srwillis03 @sonnyandcher it is 17.5 inches pit to pit and 30inches from shoulder seam to bottom. It’s comes with a slip and is a lighter material that you can slightly see through if you wear black underneath.
