savyshopper22 Sorry, my phone died. So the waist on these are elastic. Unstretched they are 11 in. but can stretch to 14.5 in.. Hope this helps!😊

lyonshareonline @savyshopper22 thank you hun for taking that measurement but that's the rise.....I'm a bit tall but lean with long legs so the inseam length is important......you take that from the crotch down the leg to ankle......thanks so much 😊
