F21 Plus black belted lemon dress 3/4 sleeves

CUTE. COMFY. LEMONS. Not sure what else you could really want in a dress, honestly. It's black with 3/4 sleeves and has a black belt that comes with it (but can be taken off, it's just held on by black loops on either side of the waist). Scoop neck and open upper back with a bow at the neck! It measures about 38" long from the shoulder hem and 21 1/2" from pit to pit but does have stretch. The fabric is a little faded, but it's still got a lot of life in it! Forever 21 Plus, size 2X.
