PacSun Blue Crushed Velvet Romper

PacSun brand romper in size Large. I usually wear a size small, but it fits like a medium and I wanted a more flowy look! The material is crushed velvet and it has a very unique color (sort of like a dark periwinkle). Criss cross open back. V-neck cut. Adjustable straps!
