ilknurscloset @tiffmullen0718 Hi love, no it is just the short straps unfortunately. It does have some wear. It has some minimal wear signs on the bottom sole where you place the bag down

ilknurscloset @vagirl4life hi love, i added a few more pictures for you for reference. I would say a medium size. Its about 15 inch in length with the straps standing. it has some wear on the bottom side which I added additional picture of as well ❤️
