dragonflyclover @rubylenlindley yes I’m pretty sure.Carol Felleys jewelry was inspired by the southwest design community from Albuquerque, New Mexico.She owned & ran a jewelry business there for 30 years.Her jewelry was mainly popular in the 80s.This piece is signed 1986.Her jewelry is made of precious metals & gemstones that are handmade.Her style is mainly southwestern jewelry done in sterling silver. She makes & has made some beautiful pieces.

dustylove1 I own this piece. I bought it from the Smithsonian Museum Shop about 35 years ago. Of course, it was a lot less then, but still pricey. It is an exquisite piece on. It may be a little high, but the lapis is bright and gorgeous.
