Scammer who sent me dirty shoes for my Goyard bag. Asked to negotiate off posh and trade for some LVs, then we settled on the Cartier necklace. She did everything from sending me tons of pics and writing my name next to it with the date etc. sent me a play by play, packaging and post office receipt. I admit, Totally my fault for not seeing certain red flags- not able to find her on insta/fb, although she sent me pics of herself and her fiancé. We never spoke other than texting.

ambarabella86 Before, I was completely naive to sophisticated switcheroos. I've had to learn the hard way sometime back. I was fortunate enough to never get scammed on here. Thanks to this new community of trusted Poshmark Ladies and Gents where if something goes wrong, we can hopefully get involved. Not only that there's a referral system on here. The season trade partners are more than happy to help the new ones! We have to do something to discourage this type of theft

conbon87 @jenandyy22 if you return the bag I will not contact the police, press charges or get the investigators involved. I have a lot of contacts in your part of MA and you provided an address in which you received it with tracking so I can’t imagine they wouldn’t report to that location first. The apartment building accounts for the mail and packages that come in. Altitude apartments right?

conbon87 @jenandyy22 If you are actually an LPN I would hate for them to find you and revoke your license for committing fraud and mail fraud as I can report it to USPS as well. You are on camera there and the tracking number shows which post office on 4/29 at 3:05. Please do the right thing.

gron15 I’m SO SORRY For your loss I was scammed ONCE but they obviously didn’t read my bio I’m a retired NYPD Detective and they sent me a replica so I called in some favors and had her charged FEDERALLY! Which is much higher than a felony. I would absolutely go with wire/mail fraud first for sending pictures through “wire” means and then fraudulently sending you fraudulent items. That too is a Federal Offense so if your local of state police don’t want the paperwork contact the FBI🙏🏼❤️😇

morebounce This is why you should never go off Poshmark. These guys do this all day long. They use other people’s photos, offer cash. You should know it’s not for real.
