@wendywillis1125 ok was able to measure. Pants are to just at bottom of MY knee and I am 5’3”. Jacket and vest, across backs side seam to side seam under arm pit - 18 inches.
Fabric has ‘give’ as it is 97% cotton 3% spandex. Hope that helps. :)
