**New Panoply Prom Dress, Pageant, Evening Gown, Special Occasions Dress Lime, Pink 10, runs small Mermaid cut, with tulle fringes Strapless, with a waist stay attached to make sure the dress stays in place **New, never worn but has some tulle fringes torn (pictured). Two of the tulle fringes are torn and a third is completely off. I have the 3rd tulle fringe so it can be reattached. It is not noticeable. This is a fairly easy fix, but I'd rather sell as-is than repair.

aeb725 @princesstink99 Hello! I have posted some pictures of the approximate measurements, as well as the Panoply size chart. The evening gowns usually run small. This one fits my size 7/8 mannequin, with just a little wiggle room. It does not have extra fabric on the (inside) seams to be let out. I hope this info helps. aeb725 @princesstink99 Approximate measurements... Bust/Pit-to-pit: 16" Waist: 14.5" or 15" (took two measurements, just depends on where waistline sits) Hips: 17.5"
